THERE UPON it appearing to the Board that A.F. Smith Sr. has received a plurality of all votes cast for the office of Commissioner Second Class of the City of Las Vegas, it was therefore Resolved by Commissioner Ronnow seconded by Commissioner Corradetti that the said A.F. Smith Sr. be end he is declared to be the duly elected Commissioner of the Second Class of the City of Las Vegas, for the ensuing four years, and it was further Resolved that the City Clerk be and she hereby is directed to issued a certificate of Election to the said A.F. Smith Sr. Vote Commissioners Ronnow and Corradetti and His Honor the Mayor voting aye. Noes, none. There upon it appearing to the Board that C.R. "Pat" Clark had receive a plurality of all votes cast for the office of Commissioner of the Fourth Class and it was Therefore Resolved by motion of Commissioner Ronnow seconded by Commissioner Corradetti that the said C.R. "Pat" Clark be and he is hereby declared to be the duly elected Commissioner of the Fourth Class of the City of Las Vegas for the ensuing four years and it was further Resolved that the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed to issue a certificate of election to the said C.R. "Pat" Clark. Vote Commissioners Ronnow and Corradetti and His Honor the Mayor voting aye. Noes, none. THERE UPON it appeared to the Board that Helen Scott had received a plurality of all votes cast for the office of City Clerk and it was therefore Resolved by motion of Commissioner Ronnow seconded by Commissioner Corradetti that the said Helen Scott be and she hereby is declared to be the duly elected City Clerk of the City of Las Vegas for the ensuing four years and it was further Resolved that the City Clerk be and she hereby is directed to issue a certificate of Election to said Helen Scott. Vote Commissioners Ronnow and Corradetti and His Honor the Mayor voting aye Noes, none.
