    Vote on said motion was as follows, Commissioners Arnett, and German and His Honor the Mayor voting aye. Noes none. On Motion of Commissioner German seconded by Commissioner Arnett it was moved and carried that the bond of the Nevada Supply Company for five hundred dollars be approved. Said bond to insure the City of Las Vegas for the collection of the excise tax placed on the sale of beer in the City of Las Vegas. Vote on said motion was as follows Commissioners Arnett and German and His Honor the Mayor voting aye. Noes none. Minutes of all previous meetings read and approved as read. Money received for the month of July as follows: $11,073.55 Permits and licenses 307.00 Police Fines 180.00 Sewer Bond Fund 147.50 Sale of cemetery lots. $11,708.05 Total Money proportioned as follows: $8,380.55 General Fund 3,000.00 P and F Fund 147.50 Cemetery Fund 180.00 Sewer Bond (lateral) fund $11,708.05 Total Reports of City Clerk and Municipal Judge approved by the Mayor. No further business being brought before the Board at this time the meeting recessed until Wednesday the 15th day of August, 1934 at the hour of three o'clock P.M. OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK, CITY OF LAS VEGAS, CLARK COUNTY, NEVADA. AUGUST 15th, 1934. At a recessed regular meeting of the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada held on the 15th day of August 1934. The following answered roll call, Mayor Cragin, Commissioner Down Deputy City Attorney Marshall. Absent Commissioners Arnett, German and Marble. After calling the roll and finding that a quorum was not present the meeting then adjourned. OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK, CITY OF LAS VEGAS, CLARK COUNTY, NEVADA. SEPT. 4th, 1934. Minutes of a regularmeeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, held on the 4th day of Sept. 1934 at the hour of three o'clock P.M. Roll call showed the following present, Mayor Cragin, Commissioners Arnett, German, Marble and Down, City Attorney and City Clerk. All claims allowed as per claims and Warrant register on file in the office of the City Clerk. Reports of City Clerk and Municipal Judge approved by the Mayor. Money received for the month of August as follows: $2,756.30 Licenses and Fees. 70.00 Sale of Cemetery Lots _____597.00 Police Court Fines 3,423.39 Total Collections.
