Moneys proportioned as follows: $3,559.60 P and F Fund 330.00 Street Fund 250.00 Cemetery Fund 73.00 W.S. & L. Fund 4,212.60 Total. On motion of Commissioner Mundy seconded by Commissioner Hansell it was moved that the City Attorney, F.A. Stevens be directed to start proceedings against the property owners on Fremont Street owing unpaid assessment on property for street improvements authorized under Ordinances Nos. 176 and 177 of the City of Las Vegas now past due. Vote on said motion was as follows: Commissioners Mundy, German and Hansell and His Honor the Mayor voting Aye. Noes none. On motion of Commissioner Mundy Seconded by Commissioner German it was moved that the Nevada Gas Company be directed to furnish a plat of the gas mains now installed and the size of the pipe used with the City, with the City Clerk. Vote on said motion was as follows: Commissioners Mundy, German and Hansell and His Honor the Mayor voting Aye. Noes none. The Board at this time considered the adopting of the City Budget for the coming year as prepared by Alfred W. Blackman. On Motion of Commissioner Mundy seconded by Commissioner Hansell it was moved that the budget for the year 1932 be adopted in the following form: NEVADA TAX COMMISSION PRESCRIBED FORM OF CITY BUDGETS, 1932. Estimated receipts and expenditures of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada for the year ending December 31, 1932, as provided by Section 9, Chapter 42, Statutes of Nevada, 1923. *Indicates totals for all bonds. ASSESSED VALUATION Cash on hand January 1, 1932 $21,995.96 Balance due from second half Taxes, 1931 39,023.23 The above is a true and correct statement of the estimated receipts and expenditures of the City of Las Vegas, for the current years as required by Section 9, Chapter 42, Law of Nevada, 1923.
