I agree.Mr. Donald Tuohy Page 2 June 12, 1973 report on the total archeology (projectilepoints, flaked tools, bone tools, burials, etc.) and perhaps phases of geology of the region. The report should perhaps be prefaced with some sort of explanation as to why it appears in the form it does, plus the fact that it essentially is as of the date of 1963. Gad, I can’t believe it has been as long ast§10 years ago. Also, there should be some sort of acknowledgment given, but how and what l*m not sure - that What was the title of Adoyasio’s paper? Is there a glossary of terns in his paper? He generously gave me a copy of his dissertation and I see there is a problem in terminology between his descriptions and mine, but not major, with one possible exception where he defines twining HIP Bl "class of textile fabrics manufactured by sewing stationary vertical elements called warps with horizontal moving elements called wefts". The wefts are not sewed, i.e., pierced/throughithe warps but are twisted around them. I think the distinction needs to be made because there are, indeed, sewed mats where the wefts pass through (i.e., pierce) the wefts to hold them in place. These are my thoughts up to now. Best regards, as ever, was going to be Phil’s part. Sincerely yours Charles E, Rozaire Curator CER s dw Enc.
