The Molasky Group of Companies finishes Altessa The Molasky Group purchased Altessa, a 280-unit condomini-um property in south-west Las Vegas, at auc-tion from U.S. Bank. The unfinished project is currently being completed as luxury rental units. Altessa is comprised of 19 build-ings plus the club-house and sits on 13 acres in the quiet, upscale Vis-tas neighborhood in Summerlin, across from a park and distinctive land-mark clock tower. "The Molasky Group has stepped up to the plate," says Scott Law-rence, executive in charge of develop-ment, to rapidly complete this beau-tiful property. 163 out of 262 units are already leased, showing us that the market for qual-ity apartments for rent in the Sum-merlin is strong. enhanced apartment homes Altessa's strikingly handsome ar-chitecture is enhanced by well-main-tained landscaping. Red Rock Recre-ation Area as its natural backdrop to the west and the lights of the fabulous Las Vegas Strip to the east provide many units with breathtaking views. Monthly rental rates start at $1035 for the 853 square foot one bedroom/one bath units and go up to $1600 for the 1390 square foot 3 bedroom/2 bath/2 car garage units. "Altessa has a look and feel all its own," Lawrence says "Curved walls, expansive windows and architectural touches that are typically found in cus-tom homes complete the package."
