The incubator would provide jobs for low and moderate-income persons, as well as provide technical and business development assistance to micro-business. With the extraordinary population growth, a growth in the number of small businesses has followed. This new Business Incubator will be an asset to the City. If you have any questions, please contact Mark Guiton, my legislative director, at 5-5965. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, SHELLEY BERKLEY Member of Congress SB:hu PRINTED ON RECYCLED PAPER
