I agree.mm Long before the first Americans set eyes on "les femmes" of the "Folies Bergeres" during World War I, the famed French revue had already replaced the Moulin Rouge as the spicy haunt favored by European royalty and aristocracy who made Paris their playground. Since its opening in 1869, the extravaganza has been performed more than 40,000 times before more than 75 million persons on its Paris stage and at its American home, in Las Vegas. It is regarded now as much a French (Inational institution as the Eiffel Tower or the Louvre, iwhile the "Folies" is noted most for its compatible offering of enticing females, spectacular staging and exciting specialty acts, it has also fostered its share of stars . . .
