    d. This poster banner should be ordered in the same manner as the "Once Upon L Time" folders and the "Shelf Ledge Cards." 7. "MOV/ ON SALS" AD a. L 2 column wide x 14 inches deep ad featuring the same elements we now use in the poster banner in the markets. b. The idea behind this type of ad is to pound home the angel, the slogan, the halo effect, and the cloud effect. c. This ad would be prepared in such a way that the name of the baker in each city would drop in his name in type in the bottom halo art element. d. I believe the mats for this ad should be furnished by the National Promotion Fund, and the original artwork cost borne by itegan because we can still use this ad as a current piece in the Minneapolis market. 3. "MOV/ OH 5/-LE" TV SPOT a. Here again, we would use a flip card or a slide, again pounding home the same elements of the angel, the halo, and the cloud effect, with the message "Nov/ oh sale, etc." b. This slide should be furnished to the franchised baker at the expense of the National Promotion Fund. I realize there is an additional expense in each city because of the substitution of a different name, but I believe this expense v/ill be nominal. Therefore, the cost should be borne by the Fund. c. The cost of the original artwork and production on this slide should be borne by 3egan in order to help us get this prepared for the General Mills presentation. This cost should then be reimbursed -5-
