And since he's doing his rehearsing alongside the enormous kidney-shaped pool at the fabulous Sands Hotel on Las Vegas' "strip," viewers of "Wide Wide World" will see a panorama of the resort area and they'll view all the talent now performing or rehearsing at the Sands. This talent includes Nat King Cole, dancing for the first time in his career. He'll sing, too, of course. And it includes Freddy Bell and the "Bellboys," the 10 lovely "Copa Girls," Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer's "Seven Lucky Girls" rehearsing for the forthcoming movie "Meet Me In Las Vegas," the Sands' three strolling violinists, shown wandering among the gaming tables, and a full-fledged fashion show staged by Dorothy Beal, featuring bathing suits and minks in conjunction -- in this one, the models will parade across the Sands' pool on a bridge especially constructed for the purpose.
