Make sure of hammers on tables, Copa and Garden Room. u. Clear driveway completely at 4 PM, detour traffic. v. Set up lights in driveway to simulate Klieg light effect. w. Standby with red carpet for entrance. x. Prepare escort for stars from entrance on camera to Copa Room. y. Prepare escort for Berle from entrance sequence to Copa Room. z. Reconfirm color of tableclothes needed for telecast in Copa Room. 6. Post-Berle-Telecast Cocktail Party; a. At 6 PM, set up Gold Room for 75 ?╟÷ cocktails, hors d'ouerves. b. Briefing if needed on transportation arrangements to Theatre. c. Control set up to clear Stars and Press to cars by 7:30 latest. 7. Transportation to Theatre from Sands: a. At 6:30 PM, line up Sport Cars, Limos, in order set up. b. Brief police escort and drivers on route and rendezvous plan. c. Start loading at 7:30 PM. d. Move out latest by 7:45 PM. -more-
