I agree.Freeman company PUBLIC RELATIONS 9/15 Notice of MGM Picture Shooting Schedule at Dunes: '?√ß MGM Studio crew will start photographing the front of the Dunes for the musical "Meet Me In Las Vegas'* 1 2 3 4 on Friday, September 16, Following is schedule and requirements needed from the Dunes and personnel to help MGM finish their work smoothly and quickly: FRIDAY, September 16 4tOO PM Location: Front parking lot near marquee REQUIREMENTS: 1. An MGM generator truck will be parked just opposite the front lawn of the Dunes in the parking area, and will take up about four car spaces. Dunes parking attendants to help MGM crew resent this space which will be used from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 2* Parking spaces in front of the marquee, looking towards the hotel, will be used for cameras, and setup will start here at 4:00 PM, Dunes parking attendants to help reserve the space, 6;30 PM Location: Dunes front parking lot near marquee REQUIREMENTS: 1, Two Security Officers to be assigned to help guide traffic past cameras which will be shooting past the marquee and right up into the Dunes statue, 2, Parking spaces reserved for generators and cameras to be roped off with NO PARKING signs on ropes to insure no cars bumping this valuable equipment, 3, Marquee sign to be changed as per instructions in movie script* 4, Wherever huge movie lights are placed in the parking area in order to light up the front of the building, parking attendants and Security Officers to help keep peaple clear of cables and equipment, and to help direct traffic areund them. -more BEVERLY HILLS, CAL. ?╟≤ 449 SOUTH BEVERLY DRIVE ?╟≤ CRESTVIEW 6-4326
