I agree.STATEMENT PURSUANT TO SECTION 508 OF THE COMMUNICATIONS ACT OF 1934 I affirm that neither I nor anyone acting for me or the SANDS HOTEL, which I represent, gave or agreed to give anything of value to any member of the production staff, anyone associated in any manner .with the program, any representative of NBC, or anyone else, except rooms for members of the production staff, for mentioning or displaying the SANDS HOTEL. I am aware, as is the SANDS HOTEL, which I represent, that it is a Federal offense, unless disclosed to NBC prior to broadcast if I give or agree to give anything of value to promote any product, service or venture on the air. I represent that I am an officer or authorized representative of the SANDS HOTEL and am empowered to execute this form on behalf of the SANDS HOTEL. I shall notify the NBC Compliance and Practices Department immediately if any person attempts to induce me or anyone representing the SANDS HOTEL to do anything in violation of the foregoing or which is in any way dishonest.
