Executive Director CLAUDE BARRERE Thank you for your telegram of October 23rd and your interest in the Radio and Tdevision Executive Society's Christmas Party. To answer your questions and to explain more fully the points covered in my previous letter: Each company that desires to contribute $100 to the RTES raffle on December 16th, will receive in return 100 raffle tickets and also the ad- vertising advantages that I previously mentioned To wit: 1. Table tent cards with name, address and slogan on every table. 2. Name on mailing list sent to all members. 3. Name in program. 4. Any displays that you want brought in (restricted to size) 5. Exposure to top people 6. The 100 raffle tickets that you will receive for your $100 contribution, will give you a good chance to hold one of the lucky tickets that will win one of the worthwhile prizes - automobile, color TV, etc. 7. The proceeds from this function, are to go to the charities which the RTES support While $100 is the minimum contribution from each company that we will accept, it is not necessary to buy more tickets or to pay out more money to gain the advertising benefits that are mentioned above. However,if you should desire to buy more tickets that is definitely up to you.
