I agree.Programs are available for retarded children and adults who are not eligible for special classes offered by the school district: Younger group (school age) House- mother and certified teacher in charge. Classes limited to 6. Young adult group (qyer 16) House- mother, teachers and volunteers for sheltered workshop type activities and personal development. Tuition is $10 per month. Adult work- ers are paid for their working hours. Main source of operating funds are de- rived from donations and proceeds from the North Las Vegas Thrift Shop, 1210 East Lake Mead Blvd., North Las Vegas, Phone 642-8628. We are licensed by the City of Las Vegas for overnight care of retarded children and could take as many as three for a weekend, when such care does not interrupt other established programs, and only by special arrangement. ir For information on enrollment, volunteer help, or donations call: Mrs. Helen Dial, Director, 878-1657 (eve.)
