The Sands will provide: A. 350 rooms gratis for Saturday night, June 27, 1970. Generally, these rooms will be of the same type and price. B. 650 round-trip airplane fares, in the most economical class, between Los Angeles and Las Vegas. C. Dinner for 650 guests in the Grand Ballroom on Satur- day evening, June 27th. D. A cocktail party for 50 guests who are to be the award recipients, presentors and City of Hope officials. The time of this cocktail party to be set at a later date. E. Complimentary accommodations for 40 athletes, presentors and entertainers whom you will use on the show. Also, accommodations for three staff members which will also be used as work rooms. This will be on a complimentary room basis, for a maximum of four days. F. A Copa Room dinner show for athletes, V.I.R's and pre sentors, up to 50 people.
