Assist the Exhibit Manager of the World Congress with the operation of the EXHIBITORS REGISTRATION DESK in the Convention Center. 2. Assist with special events held in conjunction with the exhibits and displays. 3. Assist with the assignment and supervision of professional guards and doormen. 4. Assist with the assignment and supervision of messengers in the exhibit and display areas. The EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION DESK will be located near the left stairway of the Convention Center, approaching the Exhibit Hall. This desk will be operated from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily, including Sunday, beginning Monday, April 6, through Tuesday, April 21. Bob Strobell, Exhibit Manager of the Air Force Association, will be in charge of the EXHIBITORS REGISTRATION DESK. He will be assisted by his permanent secretary and two typists employed in Las Vegas. The Managing Director of the World Congress will arrange for all facilities and furnishings for the EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION DESK. The Chairman of the EXHIBITS & DISPLAYS COMMITTEE should use the EXHIBITORS REGISTRATION DESK for his point of contact with his committeemen.
