    GENERAL COMMITTEE CHAIRMEN MEETING - 3 Tickets will be at a premium; to insure that Committee Chairmen are able to attend, tickets will be available for purchase at the next meeting. Ladies Activities: Charlie Kahn is working out all details on the Fashion Show and other ladies events. Report will be forthcoming. EXHIBITS & DISPLAYS COMMITTEE William Barlow. Chairman Although A1 Ericksen of Andrews, Bartlett and Associates and Bob Strobell of AFA will coordinate actual exhibits and displays at exhibit areas, Committee is to oversee and provide assistance where needed. INFORMATION COMMITTEE Clarence Heckathorn. Chairman To augment the staff manning the Information Desk at the Convention Center it was suggested that Ced Olsen be contacted about the possibility of utilizing Chamber of Commerce personnel, inasmuch as he has expressed sincere interest in cooperating to the fullest to make the WCF most successful. The use of skilled personnel from that office would be a tremendous asset to the Congress. It was decided to refer all who ask for airline information and schedules to the Airports Committee Desk, directly across the lobby, at the Convention Center. MEDICAL COMMITTEE Dr. Quincy E. Fortier. Chairman First Aid will be provided at every spot where WCF activities take place. Details are being arranged and will be reported upon at the next meeting. PROMOTION COMMITTEE A1 Freeman. Chairman Ralph Whitener introduced newly-appointed Promotion Committee Chairman A1 Freeman, and the possibilities for Committeemen were discussed. Meetings: The importance of meetings between Committee Members, News Bureau personnel and News representatives for AFA was discussed. Preliminary sessions will be conducted, followed by complete coordination with AFA upon the arrival of its news people April 10.
