I agree.Las Vegas, Nevada ?╟≤ Phone 735-9111 ?╟≤ (Area Code 702) the November 17, 1970 EXECUTIVE OFFICES Mr. Robert E. Wirtz, Advertising, Publicity & Sales Promotion Manager Jantzen Inc. P. 0. Box 3001 Portland, Oregon 97208 Dear Mr. Wirtz: As per our telephone conversation on November 16, 1970, the following information is forwarded for your evaluation. Material and labor to construct the three (3) ramps and one (1) runway will run approximately $1,500. This does not include the foam core panels. The electrical work that you indicated is required will run approximately between $2,400 - $3,000. I am of the opinion that you would be further ahead to utilize the existing lighting within the Grand Ballroom rather than going into a major electrical configuration as reflected in your spec sheets. However, this is your decision and you know &e at the Sands will assist ycfi in every way possible. /?╟≤' ' * I will hold all construction in abeyance until you forward to this office your firm requirement. Very truly yours Louis J. Ricca Chief Engineer LJR/lp cc: R. Flach A. Freeman File A-0'S
