Las ^egas, Nevada Dear Mark: Just a short note to let you know that Epic Records will be holding their 1966 National Sales Convention at the Sands Hotel in your town, starting Sunday, July 17th. On Tuesday evening, July 19th, we will top off the convention with an all Epic Artists show. Headlining will be Bobby Vinton with comedian Norm Crosby acting as Master of ceremonies. Also on the bill- Walter Jackson, the Vibrations, pianist Ronnie David and famous trumpet man, Bobby Hackett. We?╟╓d like to have you and the other fellows on the staff at KENO be our guests at the show. The time should be between 9:30 and 10PM that night. I?╟╓ll call you early the week of July 11th to get a list of those who will attend. There is a possibility of opening the show to the public, charging a small entrance fee and turning over the proceeds to an important, local charity. With or without the fund raising aspect the show WILL be open to the public. I'm certain we'll have a nice turnout. Any and all attention shown our convention and show via KENO?╟╓s facilities, will be greatly appreciated. We are anxious to have an exciting, highly successful convention.
