C. ?╟≤ LOS ANGELES ?╟≤ CHICAGO ?╟≤ NEW YORK July 22, 1958 Mr. A1 Freeman Freeman Publicists Sands Hotel Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Mr. Freeman: Our attention has been called to the introduction, commercially, of "Angelita" bread, produced locally, we understand, by the Snowflake Baking Co. We feel our readers among the baking industry of the 11 Western States would be interested in knowing more about the background of this speci- alty loaf and we would appreciate receiving information from you on this subject. Perhaps you can supply a photo of the packaged loaf and possibly copies of promotional material used in connection with advertising or display which could be used as illustration. If the loaf is to be franchised to bakers in the West you may wish to include some information on this aspect of the business. Thank you for your prompt attention as I will soon be nearing a deadline for our next issue. If you are not familiar with our publication, a recent issue is enclosed. EBG:tmr Enel: Cordially, WESTERN BAKER P.S.: If it is not an imposition, I would be pleased to receive a loaf of the bread so I may obtain an impression of it first hand.
