I agree.THE ANGELBREAD FOUNDATION THE S A N D S HOTEL LAS VEGAS, NEVADA D U D L E Y 7 1 0 0 6/6/58 Mr. John H. Farley 620 Roanoke Building Minneapolis 2, Minnesota Bear Mr. Farley t So damn excited about the 29,000 loaves of bread you said you baked this week I can't even get back to ay nomal work, but I am real proud of you and your boys and Sister Felicia was overwhelmed. This night be a good tine to go over a few points! 1. I read your material about the Patent office quite thoroughly and X an ready to call on our White Bouse people and Senator Bible to help with the registration as soon as you give the word, if you do need such help. Personally I think you would probably handle it Just as well yourself but I leave it to your Judgment. 2. To elaborate more on the idea you advanced in setting up the financial structure, here is how I think the situation might work out: (a) Set up a Nevada corporation called ANGELITA*S BREAD, INC., also listing the Regan Bakeries address as a place of business in Minneapolis. (b) Set yourself and myself up as officers of this corporation, to- gether with any of the other Regan officers you might select.
