I agree.THE ANGELBREAD FOUNDATION THE SANDS HO T E L LAS VEGAS, NE V A D A D U D L E Y 2-7100 3/U/58 3 Misa Eva Adams 8, Mr* Parley has made Investigation on any use of the name Angelbread by Vallaoe & Tierman and has found that there is enough evidence of "non-use" to warrant a ?╟úCancellation Proceedings?╟Ñ* but being a lawyer* he feels that it would take years before the Government could push this through and award us the use of the name* However* he feels that If we could get some offical help* which could out down the waiting time before we could be awarded the use of the name Angelbread* that it would be worthwhile to hold up the marketing of the bread nationally* 9* Here are the steps Mr* Parley states would have to be followed! a) Either Angelbread Foundation or the Baker we have been using in Las Vegas* Snowflake Bakeries* would apply for the registration of the name Angelbread with the United States Patent Office* showing that we have been selling the bread here in Hevada b) This application for registration would automatically be rejected because of a previous registration of the name Angelbread by Wallace & Herman. c) We would then have to start "Cancellation Proceedings?╟Ñ on the grounds of "non-use?╟Ñ* citing all gathered evidence that no use has been made in the regulation two year period* and requesting the patent office to award us vo&Xg to use the name Angelbread on e>?·%products for National distribution*
