We are just about ready to go into national production and here is the situation as It stands now: It We dreamed up the name Angelbread and have been using it on the local bread packages sold In Las Vegas since November* 2* Mr. John Mowbary, our attorney In Las Vegas who does all the work for the hospital, had tried to register the none Angelbread before we went into production, and advises the name had already been registered by Wallace & Tierman of Belleville, Hew Jersey in 1955* The firm manufacturers bread making equipment whL oh pours out a continuous flow of dough which is smooth and similar to angel cake in appearance - thus the name Angelbread* jfejgi 3* This firm has sold about sixteen installations of this dough making equipment, each costing about #100,000*00, but in no Instances has the name Angelbread been used by the bakers who have bought the machines* Instead, most of them use the name "Sunbeam", which Wallace Tierman sell along with the machine* h* After many months of negotiatlon^wlth Began Brothers, a wholesale bakery outfit ?·h Minneapolis, which sells 600,000 loaves of Its own bread a wee^,
