The enclosed letter from the Eastern lawyers was sent to Sister Felicia, and I pass it on to you for study. I sent a copy of this letter to Mr. Farley for his consent. 2. Mr. Farley is testing the bread again at all three of his plants, and gets nore enthused about it every tine 1 talk to hin, regardless of the nane situation. He called to say there is an ANGSLL (notice 2 i's) BAKERY in Minnesota which has been doing business for 30 years, and he plans to sake a contract with then for the use of their nane in Minnesota, to further test the bread on the public. 3. Regan Brothers are all ready to go on this bread, and we only have to settle the nane situation before we can get into production and distribution in at least 4 states, and soon nationally. Mr. Farley and I are working on wore nanes, but w?? just can't semi to hit anything as good as ANGELBREAD. Ill Ws plan to send the enclosed letter~<juest ionalrre out to about 100 people who sent in letters and sone donations, asking for the bread and/or recipe. Mr. Farley will send the bread frow Minneapolis, the letter will go out froo here. 5* it be possible to have the Trustees meet at the Sands next Thursday evening, perhaps at 2:30 PM, or else for the dinner show at 7:30 PM? A1 Cahlan will already be out here for a dinner with son?? REVIEW JOURNAL executives, and perhaps we can get the rest together, if you can wake it.
