FREEMAN COMPANY pubf/cfsts as it is read? for the market. 8. I believe we can get national publicit? through magazines or newspaper stories on the unique idea behind the bread, natural1? working upon the approval of the suns to insure the proper dignity and respect due their Catholic order, and making sure that nothing is written or said in the promotion of "Angelbread?╟Ñ that will ever hurt these wonderful people. 8. I believe we could use a contract outline between the "Angelbread Foundation" and a prospective baker in which we can fill in the actual percentage of profits which the baker drives from the sale of the bread, to be contributed to the "Angelbread Foundation." For instance, a tentative breakdown on the profits that Snowflake Bakeries would enjoy from the sale of its bread to Market Town is roughtly 6$ ?╟÷ and here Mr. Dublnsky of Snowflake Bakeries would be agreeable to give up 40% to 50% of such profits, or a total of about 3$ per loaf of the bread sold. This kind of breakdown, X believe, must be written in each contract with a franchised baker. 10. I have done some preliminary work in trying to line up bakeries in Philadelphia, St. Louis, Chicago and Los Angeles who are interested in "Angelbread" and who are jwfc waiting for me to get back to them with actual samples of the bread and contractual information. John, to summarize this situation ?╟÷ X believe we have a good idea for making money for the Doaninican Sisters and their Bose de Lima Hospital. X want to make sure that the Sisters are protected in every possible way, legally, morally and ehtically, and with your wonderful help, X am sure that will be taken care of. X believe any baker who risks capital and promotion to take on "Angelbread" is entitled to a fair profit ?╟÷ and I would like to see the nuns get their fair share for their wonderful work. I am anxiously awaiting your comment and your advice, John, and just from the way you are regarded by the Sisters, X believe it will be nice working with you. Kindest regards. A1 freeman
