I agree.TELEPHONE 3-4013 LOUIS SCHWARTZ, Proprietor SCHWARTZ SUPPLY COMPANY 408 THRIFTY BUILDING ?╟≤ SPRINGFIELD, ILLINOIS Feb, 15, 1965 Mr. Carl Cohen The Sands Las tfegas, Nevada My dear Carl: Believe me when I say I am deeply grateful to you for the wonderful spirit of co-operation you gave to the Mid-West Scrap Dealers Association of which I have the honor to be president. The booth publicizing The Sands, the five or six girls we had on hand to distribute The Sands cigarette lighters, the advertising material, the ash trays, all went over big - and I mean big. 1 noted that at every table (and we have more than 200 present for the big dinner) the men put the ash tray in their pocket. The girls passed around the various tables and as they picked up a ticket entitling the guest to a door prize., they got one of your beautiful lighters. Many scrambled for more - one for their wives and one for themselves. Carl, it was so very gracious of you, and I am sure all of us will remember your kindness. The appropriation for this venture will more than pay off, X am sure. I hope to see you One of these days, and will personally thank you. / && Cordially yours
