Jim Jacoby is playing with Henry Baer of Dallas. Now for reservations. Mrs.Jim Jacoby and James Oswald Junior will arrive on the flight from Dallas Sunday the ninth. Can you get some sort of a suite for the Jacobys since Mrs.Jacoby will arrive on Tuesday the 11th. Mr.and "rs.Malcolm Brachman will arrive from Phoenix the morning of the tenth. Mr. and Mrs.Henry Baer will arrive the evening of the ninth with Mrs.Jim Jacoby. Will you please reserve rooms for the Baers and Brachmans. Of course the Baers and Brachmans will expect to pay for their rooms.The Jacobys won't. Jim Jacoby will also arrive from Phoenix the morning of the tenth. Mrs.Baer and the Mrs.Jacobys won't play.The Brachmans will. Any credit you extend to the Baers and Brachmans will be 0IC although I doubt very much if they will be asking for anything more than a few dollars.
