I agree.2413 Martin St. Wickita Falls, T exas 76308 November 3, 1966 Mr. Sandy Waterman The Sands Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Sandy: Thank you very much for your letter about our recent trip to Las Vegas for the rubber bridge tournament. We did enjoy our stay at the Sands and the bridge, very much, and should certainly like to come back at another time. As you may recall, Bobby Harding and I finished tied for third and fourth in the Consolation and were to receive $375 for the pair. You and Mr. Sheinwold agreed it would be best to mail a check, but as we have not heard further I am wondering if it could have gone astray or if something happened to prevent it being mailed. Will appreciate any information you might have; in any event I will see Freddie in Pittsburg in a couple of weeks and will check with V him there. Once again, we certainly enjoyed the Sands and the rubber bridge tournament, and have already spread the word to bridge players we have seen in Plainview, Dallas and Abilene the past three week ends. Sincerely John Emery
