I agree.GORDON E. BAND VICE-PRESIDENT T. FRASER HURDMAN VICE-PRESIDENT J. K. CLARKE GENERAL MANAGER ALDERMAN HOWARD E. HENRY PRESIDENT September 25, ASSOCIATION LANSDOWNE PARK OTTAWA 1, CANADA PHONE: 236-7456 1964. Mr. A1 Freeman, Sands Hotel, Las Vegas, Nevada, U. S. A. Dear Al: On my return from New York, I received your very pleasant letter of September 11 and immediately made some enquiries with regard to the mohair blankets and found that Mr. and Mrs. Skelton bought some of these blankets from Noel Kerr Limited, 40 Elgin Street, Ottawa which is just across from the Chateau. Unfortunately, the whole staff were so excited about Mr. and Mrs. Skelton being in the store that they cannot remember which colours they selected. These are "throws11 rather than blankets. One is priced at $22. 50 and the other, which is 6" longer, is priced at $26. 50 (Canadian). These are made in Scotland by the Hudson Bay Company and they are mixed colours -- such as: gold mixed with tan and other colours blue mixed with black and other colours orange and yellow green and gold mauve and blue beige and brown They will gladly send you whatever you require but they have no way of knowing what the United States Customs Office might charge you on duty and possibly you might make enquiries from your end with respect to this detail. . . . 2
