(c) A completely adequate orchestra of at least ten (10) musicians, being the best obtainable, Including a director. Said orchestra and director ' 1 shall be available for rehearsal, together with all lighting and found facilities, if required by Mr. Skelton or our representative, at liOO P. M. on September 2, 1963# at the Coca-Cola Auditorium. (d) Any and all other expenses of whatso- ever nature in connection with the presentation of the show, it being your and our intent that you shall pay the entire cost of presenting the show to be pre- sented on the date designated, and you shall indemnify us and hold us harmless from all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, in connection therewith. (e) One (1) or more acts in the show, in addi- tion to the performance of Mr. Skelton, all of which shall be subject to our prior approval, and the combined running time of such other act or acts shall be at least one (1) hour and twenty (20) minutes during the show. 4. You agree that you will fully comply with all rules and regulations of any unions and guilds having juris- diction in the premises. You also agree to compensate us in accordance with the terms contained in this Agreement, re- gardless of strike, lockout, or any act of God which would prevent the presentation of the performance to be presented hereunder. 5. You agree to star Mr. Skelton in all advertis- ing and publicity in connection with the appearance hereunder, and he shall receive sole star billing on any marquee in con- nection with the performance, and no other person shall receive billing in size of type or prominence equal to or larger than that accorded to Mr. Skelton. 6. You agree that you will not permit any still or motion pictures or radio or television broadcasting of the performance without our express prior written approval. You further agree that no working or selling of concessions will be permitted on the premises during Mr. Skelton's performance. 7. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California applicable to contracts executed and fully to be performed therein. 2.
