I agree.3. In checking informally with the Highway Patrol, Security Guards and Stagehands* X was lead to be- lieve that there were at least 15,000 in attendance at the show. Based on the assumption that this is so, we should then go into per- centage. Please disregard all the scribbling on the attached sheet, except that part encircled in bine pencil - "total capacity 13,842". Both Jack and I agreed that there were more people than the total capacity calls for, and in five years of working with Bed on the Fair, and seeing crowds like 35,000 at Notre Dame - 12,000 at Indiana - I would have to go along with the theory that there were about 15,000 people who should have paid nearly $45,000 to see the show. Please let as know what I can do to help you further on this, and nay X re-confirm that ay figures are based merely on the assumption as anted above - as it was totally impossible to get the number of seats sold per section as I usually do in checking per- centage . This was due to the confusion at the Box Office and many people who just could not get in and who X saw crowding around the Box Office at show time.
