Z as enclosing a check for $25,(MO froa the Illinois State Fair, which Z person- ally thought was a huge success as far as the show and attendance goes. I would like to point out the following: 1. Zn checking the Box Office, with the kind help of Mr. Gleason and Mr. Brown, the State Fair Auditors, Z was told that the total capacity was 13,842 people. Parts of this are broken down as follows: a. ) 2290 Box Seats Q $3.50 b. ) 2636 Center Beserve Seats @ $2.50 c. ) 916 End Beserve Seats i $1.50 d. ) 4000 Upper End Seats S $2.00 e. ) 2000 Track Seats 0 $3.50 2. Due to the pressure at the Box Office Z was unable to get a complete break- down of exactly how many seats were sold and was told that this would be contained in a State Auditing Report, which would be sent to you as per our contract?╟≤
