I agree.September 19, 1966 Dear Ed, I am attaching all the Material regarding the box off lee receipts, topped by the letter of 14th from Leo Salklm about the "polities'* at the Fair* 1 can only refer you to ay report of September 7th to Mr. Entratter regarding ay research. As to recomaendationa as to ldtat to do on tills, 1 suggest passing up any expensive legal action, but just remeobering Salkin and the Illinois State Fair. While I feel we received a goodly sun for the show, I would like to have seen a more complete financial report and X feel this is incumbent upon the agent and the fair people to provide copies of the tickets and a manifest of all the seats. May X point out to you that Van Bernard should still pay the Electronics Specialty Company what is due it, inasmuch as we had to call in an emergency crew when the stage manager was killed, after we had already rehearsed the show* Xt was nice working with you and X hope you and the office are in good shape and suit working too hard. Kindest regards, A1 Freeman Mr. Edward Blau Faeht, Boss, Bernhard, Marne and Sears Century City - Gateway East Building Suite 500 Los Angeles, California ?╟≤ cc: Mr. Jack Entratter AFseh
