Thanks much. ron erickson THE SECOND ANNUAL CONCERT of music composed by Red Skelton will be presented at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, in the Sands Hotel Grand Ballroom. Skelton, one of America's great clowns, has composed more than five hundred songs a number of which have appeared on long-playing albums. Red, himself, is about to release an album of his music on the Liberty label. Many of the tunes (which range from marches to polkas) on the record will be presented for the first time Sunday.
