There are 40 rooms in each of the five buildings, which are tWo-sU-y and named after famous American race tracks. Comfortable chairs, attractive chiffoniers, writing desks, coffee tables and lamps are furnished in the rooms as well as the most restful beds available. All furniture in Sands rooms, incidentally, is made from real wood formica,- reducing the possibilities of fire to nil. ?╟≤ Rooms are either furnished with duo beds, twin beds of "King sije" double beds. The twin beds elf$$S eight inches lonto-- than normal, so that tall p-rsons will be assured a good night's sleep and not a night of fighting to keep covered. Another feature of the rooms are original French water colors which decorate the walls. Each room is equipped with an air conditioning unit that can be regulated in the room, and a radio. One of the most attractive features of the rooms are individual paftoisf so that a person can enjoy southern Nevada's fine scenery and climate. All rooms were furnished and decorated by Barker Brothers in Los Angele?╜w?f^j5*r^ BEAUTY BLENDS WITH FUNCTION?╟÷fee wall of the Copa room is designed especially for acoustics, yet carries out a gay theme by use of the twisted wire figures shown here. The wall is finished with alternate strips of dark cork and padded board for acoustics.
