I agree.6/5 requested release; immediate ZIEGFELD LIVES AGAIN AS ENTRATTER PRODUCES FIRST NITECLTJB "ZIEGFELD FOLLIES" SHOW AT SANDS Las Vegas* Nevada (June 5) . * 5Phe glittering lavishness of the famed old Ziegfeld Follies productions will be spread over the boards again for the first time in 20 years when producer Jack Entratter stages the first niteclub version of the "Ziegfeld Follies" starring Frank Sinatra at the Sands Hotel here, beginning Wednesday, June 9. Rights to produce the famous shows were obtained by Entratter last year in the final business deal transacted by Lee Shubert before his death in New York. Shubert had turned down pver 65 requests by various producers the world over to produce the great Follies shows, but felt Entratter had some of the foresight and ability of the late great Flo Ziegfeld and turned over to him the rights to the shows. In the Sands productions, Entratter will feature 20 gorgeous girls from New York, Louisiana, St. Louis, San Francisco, and Hollywood in extravagant production numbers written by Sid Kuller, well-known special material writer for such stars as Donald O'Connor, Bob Hope and the Ritz Brothers. Frank Sinatra will star in the first Sands "Ziegfeld Follies" productions with George Tapps and his excellent dancers, and the sensational Martin Brothers featured in special numbers. Chuck Nelson will be featured in the production singing roles and narration of the show. Special music is by Lyn Murray, with orchestra directed by Ray Sinatra. Bob Gilbert and Renee Stewart created the choreography, with dazzling gowns created by Billy Livingston. # # # # from: Al freeman, Freeman Company, 2lii N. Canon Drive, Beverly Hills CR 6-U326 i!
