I agree.Eugene Murphy DIRECTOR OF PROMOTIONS 1/29/68 Dear Al; In reading the detailed areas of the new structure going up on the grounds of the Sands Hotel I note that there will be an ice rink. This firm is just opening what is perhaps the most complete, certainly one of the most beautiful rinks in Southern California. It is in North Hollywood. I would like to invite someone from the Hughes organization to see our facility. We operate two ice rinks and of course have years of experience dealing with ice skating. Since I handle these two arenas I will be happy to escort anyone to see our newest one, to view the equipment and to talk to our people. I am delighted with the way it developed. Having been in theater operation; a partner in and the promoter of Las Vegas Bowl, long-term advertising/publicist for golf and track meets among other sports and now in the world of ice entertainment I may be able to offer you some help in any of these facets of promotion.
