I agree./^\ ^J D October 15, 1965 Dear Ben, Thank you for your letter of October 13th pertaining to the recent literary tea held for Allan Sherman. I m in agreement that although there was not as large a group as eKpeeted at the affair, we still had a fairly rep* resentative group. I think you will agree that the problem right now is not one of pondering what errors might have been made, but rather of getting the best possible mileage out of the event. To that end, I am sending you copies of the top four pictures which were taken at the tea. I think Paul Cooper will tell you I am a pretty fair judge of photography, and I believe these are really the only ones that fairly depict Allan, our girls, the guests md the display. Should you need any more, please let me know. X am in the process now of securing the negative which you requested. On another topic, that of placing a blow-up in the lobby, I believe if you were to see the mess our place is in right now you would agree that such a display would be nearly Impossible. Hopefullyt this will be corrected in the neKt few days and we will display it at that time, although I realise that it is a little late in the game. Incidentally, I have had several inquiries about where to obtain HA Gift of Laughter11 and I have advised the persons that the Dana McKay Book Shop will be in receipt of copies in the near future* 1 might add also, getting back to the tea, that Forrest Duke
