We expect an attendance of two hundred and would appreciate your cooperation in sending us any promtional material you have on your Hotel, Anything that we could use for a hall decoration and any give-a-ways that we may present to our guests. Also, if it??s possible we would like to get any picture post ~^ cards that you have that we could address and send back to you to ^ mail out for us so it would have a Las Vegas Stamp mark. For the grand prize on this evening we would like to offer a week end at The Sands. Is it possible for you to hhlp us in this undertaking.
