We are contacting the AAA, Union Pacific, United Air Tines and travel agencies for posters, bulletins, etc. Any promotional material which you might have available would be sincerely appreciated. For instance, advertisements of top performers or past programs and incidental items such as boote matches, drink mixers, napkins or novelty items. We plan for at least 300 engineers and their wives and guests to be at this party. Most of the individuals attending will be at least 25 years of age and a considerable number of them will be planning to travel this summer.
