I agree.t I Show issue on Friday, March before* (i be included in the special Show Section, a part of the Milwa Journal, Sunday, March 10* You mentioned a week*3 vacation at the Desert Inn and Stardust as prizes for this event* The number of awards could be increased so all participating hotels would be included in the program. As ve suggested, we will attempt to secure air transportation as part of the award. Even if this is not possible, the array of prizes would make the "Fabulous Las Vegas Vacation" contest the most attractive in our history. The combined investment for this type of program is nominal* The thirty feet of space is priced at I46O and I*m sure that the problem of providing material for a joint exhibit would not present too many difficulties. You have so much to work with and so much to offer. I would estimate that $200 or #250 from each of your nine hotels would take care of everything. Western vacation lands will be well represented at the Sentinel Show next March through exhibits from Washington, Montana, Wyoming, Arizona, South Dakota and western Canadian provinces. We also expect displays from New Mexico and Colorado. All of this promotional effort to attract western travel will tie in with your own efforts and make our promotion program more effective. We hope that these suggestions provice the nucleus for an idea to present to the Hotel Owners Association along The Strip. Should you have any questions, please call me collect at BRoadway 6-3900. To provide a little background, a copy of this letter and our show material has been sent to your contemporary PR directors. Kindest regards.
