I am sorry you wsren't able to come over from Los Angeles on your last trip out West, as it would have been real nice to have seen you. I still have your note about finding you another Kim Smith, and I believe I have her. She is the girl Just chosen Miss Hatlonal Press Photographer of 1957* Miss Carole Michelson. Carole was selected March 25 at the national convention of the Hatlonal Press Photographers Association in Washington and beat out 19 other semi-finalists who were the cream of the crop of nearly 1*200 girls in this year's contest all over the country. Carole is 18, lives in Silver Springs, Maryland and is ambitious for a glamour career. She is here at the Sands now with her mother and dad on a prize vacation which the Hatlonal Press Photogs award the winner each year, at the Sands. She is 5*6** with measurements at 3o-25-36, has pretty brown hair and an excellent face for pictures, both newsreel and still. Harry Cohn of Columbia Pictures saw her here this past wee ond and is testing her in black- and-white on Tuesday, I believe she would make an excellent Conover Girl as far as beauty and ability go, and 1 believe she would make an excellent "Candy Jones Girl", as far as personal charm and niceness go. 9508 WILSHIRE BLVD. ?╟≤ BEVERLY HILLS, CAL. ?╟≤ BRADSHAW 2-8611
