Plath, Reno; President Jack Wood, Minden; 3rd Vice President Ralph W. Crosser, McGill; Immediate Past President John Q. Ryan, Elko; Director-At-Large, Northern Nevada Lester W. Pearce, Fallon Wallie Warren, Reno Sam D. Harrison, Carson City; Executive Director Also present were: Dwayne Parker, Boulder City Mrs. May Parker, Boulder City Mrs. Katherine Pearce, Fallon John H. Martin, Jr. , D. D. S. , Elko Mr. B. Johnson, Elko Robert Pearce, Elko Archie R. Albright, Austin Victor F. Sagues, San Francisco, Calif. Barney H. Murdock, Ely Robert Alkire, McGill President Neil Plath opened the meeting at 11:45 A. M. The minutes of the previous meeting, April 6, 1968, were approved on a motion by Wallie Warren. Motion seconded by Ralph Crosser. Motion passed. The financial report was read by Sam Harrison. President Plath explained the functions of and the remunerations paid to the State Chamber's membership sales department, to the directors, and he also notified all present of a $1, 500 bank loan which the organization had obtained to "tide it over" until funds from the mid-August billing of dues (for the beginning of the 1968-1969 fiscal year) are received. He said that monies received from the next billing would be more than enough to liquidate the loan. Harrison said that nearly $14,200 in membership
