We would like to have the show come from Las Vegas on that Sunday, but the best I can get out of our New York chaps is an okay to do so provided we stay within our normal budget. So here I come tapping you, Jack. We can take care of everything except rooms and meals and catering the party from which the show originates. Normally this show comes from a hotel which lays out snacks and a few drinks for the guests. If you could close off a corner of the lounge and supply hors d'oeuvres and, say, a couple of drinks for about forty people, this should cover nicely. Rooms and meals for the people involved may be a bigger problem. Mitch Miller and three others would arrive from New York about 1:00 AM Friday morning and three more would arrive from Los Angeles Saturday afternoon. Thus we'd need one double room and two singles early Friday morning through late Sunday night, and one double room and one single Saturday noon through late Sunday night.
