TWA Super G Vacation Press Plight will arrive from Phoenix and Tucson at McCarran Field 5:20 p.m, Saturday, January 12th, The flight is scheduled to leave Tucson at J+:30 p.m., MST. Transportation to the host resort hotels will be provided by the TWA person assigned to each hotel. The TWA representative will have U-Drive cars to provide the transportation from airport to hotels, between hotels to the Hotel Fremont, and from the hotels back to the airport, TWA will furnish baggage truck and deliver bags to hotels, TWA will pick up bags at 6:30 p.m, January 13th and transport to McCarran Field, Groups depart their hotels for airport at 7:30 p,m# Flight departs at 8:00 p.m, for the East. Your hotel is asked to compliment room and meals for guests assigned them. Also, each hotel will honor the TWA Quickie Badge for bar tabs on a complimented basis, A brunch for the entire group will be hosted by Hank Kovell, public relations director, at the Fremont Hotel on Sunday, January 13th at 1:00 p.m. A dinner show will be provided by each hotel to the guests assigned at the respective hotels. The Press representative at the hotel should make the necessary arrangements.
