A jazz concert featuring a 22-piece orchestra playing top big-band sounds will be held a 2 a.m#, Satuday (Nov.2?), in the new Sands Hotel Convention Hall. Proceeds from the concert will be given to the Clark County Association for Retarded Children for support of the Retarded Childrens Opportunity Center. The concert will be covered by several of the nation9s top entertainment trade papers.
