Briefly, the idea is as follows: we plan to do a series of six broadcasts with you regarding your upcoming motor tour through the West in July. The plan is to do one show with you before you leave - about your plsns and preparations, etc. - one after your return, and one each from four different places of great popular interest to New Yorkers en route. On these latter four, we would like you to call in from each place at 5:00 PM, EDT, N.Y. time, and talk with Dave Dugan. These conversations will be recorded, edited, and aired on the show that night. During your conversations with Dave, just be relaxed and talk freely about where you are staying, what you have been doing, what you plan to do, anything unusual or humorous that happened to your family, and where you 8re going next. Above all, keep alert for the "New York angle." Remember that about three million New Yorkers will be sharing this trip with you vicariously. After studying your itinerary, we have selected the following times and places from which to do these pick-ups: Friday, July ij. - Jackson Hole, Wyo. Thursday, July 17 - Das Vegas Tuesday, July 15 - Disneyland Tuesday, July 22 - Colorado Springs. We would like to discuss your proposed trip on the show on or about Thursday, June 26, and again - after your return - on or about Tuesday, July 29.
