The highest standard of personal service whall be maintained in all three hotels regardless of the price of the room - the means or affluence of the guest - and against any pressures or undue influences exerted to procure preferential treatment. 3* A Hughes hotel fn^yULy guest shall be assured of a definite show reservation at the hotel at which he is confirmed - and shall be given first preference for the shows at the other two hotels in our family, without having to buy, pressure, conjole, or wheedle his way into another show, so long as there be availability of space*
