PEOPLE. THINGS & STUFF When a company of rambunctious funmakers, known as 'Bottoms Up," opened last May in Nero's Nook of Caesars Palace for a limited four weeks with options, there were many in the know along the Strip who predicted that four weeks would be more than enough, especially for a show opening in the tough afternoon spot. So. that was eight months ago. The peerless "Bottoms Up" players, starring Breck Wall. Nancy Austin, Bill Panning and Melindy Britt, finally closed in Nero's Nook last Thursday afternoon before an overflow throng of worshippers, many who'd seen this show at least a half dozen or more times. Some of the stars of "Bottoms Up" will be appearing on a "Hollywood Palace" TVer within two weeks, then the entire company shoves off for a six weeker at EI Casino in Freeport of the Grand Bahamas, finally a four weeker at Sahara Tahoe before returning to th* scene "of their greatest triumphs, Nero's Nook at Caesars Palace, April 19 for an entire year.
