"This Is Cinerama," the introductory presentation, ran for almost three years. "Cinerama Holiday," second in the new dimensional series, commanded almost two years of continuous presentation and "Seven Wonders of the World" closely followed the success of its predecessors. Viewed by 5,000,000 in Hollywood Over five million people have marveled at the element of personal participation, of being in the picture, during the Cinerama sojourn in Hollywood alone; and people from all over the world have attended the reserved seat showings. The "Princess" was selected by a committee of the Tourist and Convention Bureau, a division of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, to attend various affairs as Hollywood's representative during October. A new princess is selected each month. Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus Scheduled for Hollywood Bowl October 24 Through November 2 - Marks New Era for Bowl Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus, "The Greatest Show On Earth," is scheduled for the Hollywood Bowl, October 24 through November 2, according to announcement made by Ted Bentley, president of Ted Bentley Productions. Frank Sennes surpasses all previous Moulin Rouge musical productions with the October 9th, 1958 Premiere of "Wonderful World!"?╟÷staged and directed by Donn Arden, whose hit shows may be seen in Paris, Rome, Miami, New York, Las Vegas and Hollywood. Stars Anna Maria Alberghetti, Roberta Sherwood, and the Mills Brothers headline in successive order during the Premiere Season which entertainingly celebrates the 5th Anniversary of the Moulin Rouge in Hollywood. "Wonderful World!", budgeted at $50,000,000, reflects the confidence and vision of master showman Frank Sennes, a man whose "luck" is synonymous with sound judgement and good taste. The newly expanded stage, just completed at a cost in excess of $50,000.00, enlarges the previously largest nitery stage in the world, creating a panoramic effect which extends well beyond the footlights to embrace a large portion of the audience.
